Founded back in 1998, we’re the proud sister-site to DudeRanch.com, and are owned & operated by Peter Askew (lifetime member of the Dude Ranchers’ Association).

DudeRanchVacations.com was originally founded by David McCollough, who attentively oversaw its growth for well over 25 years. In 2023, Peter acquired DRV, fully rebuilt the website front-end & back-end, and now helms its growth for the foreseeable future (as a member site of the DudeRanch.com portfolio).
We feel blessed to be associated with this industry, and are often found visiting our partner ranches out West every summer. We’re also regular attendees to the yearly Dude Ranchers’ Association conference, and are active donors to the Dude Ranch Foundation.
